What is Meditation Bootcamp?
A guided, step-by-step series designed to help you:

Develop tools to carry calm into every part of your life.

Each week we’ll layer in new practices, giving you the chance to experiment, ask questions, and find the style of meditation that resonates with you. You'll receive homework, journal exercises, tips, and resources to be able to baby step your way into a meditation that works for you and your life.​
