Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours of the booked session time for a refund. Any cancellation outside of that 24 hours window will not qualify for a refund. Sessions can be rescheduled up to two times for another available date at no additional cost if rescheduled 24 hours or more prior to or after the scheduled session. If more than 3 reschedulings occur, a 15% fee applies. If you were given a code for a free session, sessions are 45 minutes, and rescheduling is unfortunately unavailable. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session will automatically be cancelled. I accept projects and clients that are the right fit and have the right to decline those that aren’t.
