Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours of the booked session time for a refund. Any cancellation outside of that 24 hours window will not qualify for a refund. Sessions can be rescheduled up to two times for another available date at no additional cost. If more than three reschedulings occur, there is a 15% fee. If you were given a code for a free session, rescheduling is unfortunately unavailable.
