Do I need any Reiki or meditation experience?

Not at all! This workshop is designed for complete beginners, as well as anyone who has experienced Reiki and wants to understand it more deeply. Come exactly as you are - no previous knowledge or experience is needed.

Is this a certification course?

No. This is an introductory workshop and does not include a Reiki attunement or practitioner certification. It’s a wonderful place to begin if you’re curious about Reiki or considering becoming certified in the future. By registering for this class, you will receive a discount for my next Reiki I & II certification course in December 2026!

Will we practice Reiki during the workshop?

Yes! In addition to learning about Reiki, you’ll be invited to explore simple ways of connecting with energy and intention. We’ll end with a guided Reiki meditation so you can experience the practice for yourself. Everything is gentle, beginner-friendly, and optional.

What should I bring?

Bring a journal and something to write with, along with water or tea. You may also want to have a blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable. Most importantly, bring your curiosity and an open mind!

Is a recording included?

Yes! Everyone who registers will receive access to the workshop recording, so you can revisit the material afterward or watch the replay if you’re unable to attend live.
